The studio has designed vehicles and equipment for the environmental sector to order: compactors, shredding and mixing units, linkages and hydraulic circuits, through to the documentation for CE marking.

Reference standards
Before designing, the regulatory scope is defined: which standards apply, in which version and with which customer requirements.
Standards are revised fairly often: the first activity in every project is to check which edition applies at the date of the design.

Can you verify a compactor that is already in production?
Yes: we start from the drawings or the 3D model, verify structures and linkage with the real loads and indicate the modifications, if any are needed.
Do you also handle the hydraulics?
Yes, from the diagram to the sizing of cylinders, pump and valves, through to the buckling check of the cylinders.
Is CE marking required for equipment mounted on a truck?
Usually yes: the equipment is a machine even when it is installed on a vehicle. The exact scope is defined at the start with the risk assessment.
