What it's about
An efficiency measure is only worth something if the savings are measured before and after, not estimated from a catalogue. We start from real consumption data and the production cycle, find where energy is really lost and quantify the recovery with payback times.
We have managed upgrade projects as project managers, so the technical side comes together with the economic side: cost of the measure, annual savings, purchase or operating lease options and return on investment.

Do you also sell the systems?
No, and that's why the audit is independent: we have no interest in pushing one technology over another. If needed, we put you in touch with suppliers and compare their offers.
How long does an audit take?
For a medium-sized plant, two to four weeks between data collection, on-site survey and processing.
Do you also carry out mandatory energy audits?
No. For large and energy-intensive companies obliged by Italian Legislative Decree 102/2014, the audit must be carried out by a certified energy management expert (EGE) or ESCo. The studio handles voluntary audits, feasibility studies and sizing of measures on machines and processes.
Do you design building services?
No: in Italy the design of heating and electrical installations in buildings subject to Ministerial Decree 37/2008 is reserved to professionals registered with a professional body. The studio works on process plants, machines and efficiency measures, and works with the installation designer when needed.
Are the stated savings guaranteed?
The savings are stated together with the assumptions behind them and verified with a measurement after the intervention. Result-guarantee clauses are assessed case by case at the offer stage.
How we work together
This service is activated with one of the three collaboration options: a closed per-project job, a monthly bank of hours as an external technical office, or a one-off job with a narrow scope. The option is chosen together at the offer stage, depending on how well defined the work is.
