Description

With a defined load cycle, the fatigue verification follows a recognised method: stresses from the FEM model, strength curves of the material or welded detail, correction factors and damage accumulation.

What it includes

  • Alternating and mean stresses at critical points
  • Infinite-life verification or damage accumulation (Miner)
  • Calculation report

What we need from you

  • 3D model in STEP
  • Load spectrum or cycle and number of cycles
  • Material, surface finish, welds

Data is sent after the order confirmation, by email or with a sharing link. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving the files.

Within 10 working days of receiving payment and all the required data; with the urgent option the time is halved.
