Description
Units that unwind or rewind web material are built to fit the line they join: the material, the width, the reel diameter and the way tension is held all change, and with them the whole machine changes. The service covers the complete mechanical design, from the concept to the shop drawings, including the hydraulic or pneumatic service units. The scope is a machine with up to 12 sub-assemblies and 80 manufacturing drawings: beyond that size there is the option for large machines.
What it includes
- Requirement analysis and feasibility study with two layout alternatives
- Sizing calculations: tension, torques, inertias, shafts, bearings and joints
- 3D modelling of machine, sub-assemblies and parts
- Design of the service hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, with a diagram to EN ISO 4413 or EN ISO 4414
- Manufacturing drawings of all parts and assembly drawings for erection
- Bill of materials with commercial codes and materials
- Preliminary risk analysis to EN ISO 12100 and guards provided in the design
- One revision cycle after the client's review

Data is sent after the order confirmation, by email or with a sharing link. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving the files.

Is the price really fixed?
Yes, for the scope described on this page: the price stated in the offer, plus VAT, including the options you selected. If the data you send show work that differs from the standard one, we tell you before starting and you decide whether to go ahead with a dedicated quotation or to cancel at no cost.
How do I pay?
By advance bank transfer, on the basis of the offer you receive after the price request. Work starts when the payment and the input data have been received.
When will I receive the work?
Within 45 working days of receiving payment and all the required data; with the urgent option the time is halved.
Can I order as a private individual?
Yes. The offer also states the price including VAT, and as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days under the terms of sale.
