Description
When the part to be moved is heavy or out of gauge, the problem shifts from the kinematics to the grip and the structure: the centre of gravity works overhung, the gantry deformations count as much as the speeds, and the gripper must hold the load even when the power fails. The service covers structure, axes, gripping device and the safety functions that follow. The scope is a machine with up to 25 sub-assemblies and 160 manufacturing drawings.

- Selection and verification of the electromechanical axes and of the gearmotors
- Design of the gripping device suited to the part and to the process

- Manufacturing and assembly drawings, bill of materials with commercial codes
- Risk assessment to EN ISO 12100 and definition of the safety functions with the required PL
- One revision cycle after the client's review

Yes, for the scope described on this page: the price stated in the offer, plus VAT, including the options you selected. If the data you send show work that differs from the standard one, we tell you before starting and you decide whether to go ahead with a dedicated quotation or to cancel at no cost.
How do I pay?
By advance bank transfer, on the basis of the offer you receive after the price request. Work starts when the payment and the input data have been received.
When will I receive the work?
Within 75 working days of receiving payment and all the required data; with the urgent option the time is halved.
Can I order as a private individual?
Yes. The offer also states the price including VAT, and as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days under the terms of sale.
